We audit the files of many government agencies and corporations for unclaimed funds and assets owing to people just like yourself.

We spend a lot of time and effort using our skills to locate our clients. We use many methods to locate the rightful owner. Web searches, directories and specialty software are all used to locate people. Often, it can take months of researching.

Please call us and one of our Specialists would be more than happy to explain the nature of your claim. We do not charge any upfront fees so once you have signed our contingency fee agreement, will be happy to disclose where the funds have been located.

These agencies nearly always provide a narrow window of opportunity for you to claim your funds. After that they will usually allow the money to “escheat” straight into their own accounts and you will never have a second chance.

Today, if possible!

Absolutely it is! If you are the true owner of some unclaimed funds, then you have every right to claim them before they are lost. It is also completely legal for us to act as your agent and deal with these agencies on your behalf.

The government agencies we audit typically do not post these unclaimed funds accounts online. You are welcome to search websites, and you may find some unclaimed funds.  Although these websites are great tools, you will not find the claim you were contacted about there.  Not all claims are easy to find and a considerable amount of time and resources have been spent gathering the many details of your claim.

You can try, but it is unlikely that you will be successful, especially since you will likely be working against a deadline. You can do all the work from research, filing, attorney fees, claims, and pay it all yourself. It takes weeks and months of searching and knowing where to look and who to communicate with. This is our specialty, and we are good at it.

The agencies holding the assets often have many specific requirements that must be followed for proving your entitlement to the claim and submitting your request. In addition, these agencies can sometimes prove to be difficult to work with in their response times and paying your money. After all, they stand to keep the money if you do not follow their rules and meet their deadlines. Our organization has the training and experience necessary to navigate the labyrinth of government agencies holding the funds and know precisely what needs to be done to claim your funds.

No upfront costs. You will NEVER incur one penny of upfront expenses with Summit Resources. We pay upfront for everything; notaries, couriers, filing fees, everything! We only get paid when your claim gets paid and you keep the lion’s share. If the claim is unsuccessful, which rarely occurs, then you owe nothing. We bare 100% of all the costs of doing the research and legwork.

Yes. It is the only way we can legally represent you, otherwise the agency will refuse to deal with us. Our contingency fee agreement is very simple – there is no confusing language, just a simple agreement about how we split the claim, if successful. All documents that you need to sign pertain only to your specific claim and give us no power relating to anything else in your life. We will not have access to your personal financial information, or the ability to make decisions on your behalf relating to anything other than this claim. All document signings will be done in the presence of a licensed notary public.

There are several things you can and should do right now. Keep in mind there is only a short window of time for you to collect these funds. Talk to your family members or an attorney about it and feel free to have them contact us as well. Our contingency agreement is available for you to review before hand, just ask one of our Specialists.

Absolutely. You can have a family member or trusted advisor call us and we will explain everything to them. You will, however, need to be present for the signing of the documents. We do need the actual claimant’s signature and to verify that person’s identity (driver’s license or other identification) before we can process your claim.
